Job Description:

Proven working experience in civil engineering.

Liaise with functional departments for smooth execution of projects and operational activities.

Proficiency in site lay outing, steel checking, bar bending schedule, quality control, follow up with contractors from start to handover of Project, execution and supervision as per drawing and specifications, experience of utility design.

Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Manage, design and develop small-scale civil projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

Project management and supervision skills.

Conduct on site supervision of civil works.

Assess potential risks, materials and costs.

Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies in civil works.

Oversee and liaise on with a variety of stakeholders.

Experience of medium/high rise building construction.

Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
