Responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes, aligning with organizational objectives, and serving as the primary liaison for stakeholders, while managing resources, mitigating risks, and overseeing communication for successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Register Line of Business (LOB) orders and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and documentation.
- Develop detailed projects / Operations plans, schedules, resource allocation, and operational workflows.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Track and evaluate project performance, including milestones, quality, risks, and outputs, to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and operational targets.
- Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, manage workloads, and resolve conflicts.
- Foster effective collaboration across cross-functional and technical teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate consistent communication, alignment, and engagement across all project phases.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Review technical specifications, validate solution accuracy, and oversee the delivery of high-quality applications.
- Manage change requests, resolve technical issues, and ensure effective implementation across project releases.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues promptly to prevent schedule or quality impacts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop, execute, and track process workflows and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Oracle E- business suite... etc.).
- Knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel expertise.
Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, data management and analysis.
Expertise in dashboards, KPIs, and project performance reporting.
Proficient in MS Teams, SharePoint, for team collaboration.
Strong experience in project initiation, planning, and progress tracking.
Working knowledge of Fortinet, VMware, and Dell EMC solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
