We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in:

✔ Project cargo coordination

✔ Heavy lift & oversized shipments

✔ Multimodal transportation

✔ Logistics documentation & shipment follow-up

✔ Carrier, supplier and agent coordination

We work with EPC contractors, industrial manufacturers, energy projects and global exporters to optimize complex logistics operations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international logistics operations

• Follow project cargo shipments end-to-end

• Communicate with shipping lines, agents and transport providers

• Support heavy cargo and project transportation activities

• Monitor operational timelines and documentation

• Prepare operational reports and shipment status updates

• Support logistics optimization processes

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field

✔ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics operations, project logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation

✔ Experience within manufacturing sectors or industrial project environments is highly preferred

✔ Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required

✔ Russian proficiency (C1–C2) is considered a strong advantage

✔ Advanced command of MS Office applications (especially Excel)

✔ Valid driver’s license required

✔ Male candidates should have completed military service
