Project Male Nurse (Emiratization Initiative)

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide first aid and on-site medical support to employees at project sites.

2. Respond to accidents, injuries, and other health-related emergencies promptly.

3. Maintain accurate medical and incident records in compliance with company and DOH requirements.

4. Conduct routine health checks, awareness sessions, and promote preventive care.

5. Support QHSE team in implementing occupational health and safety standards.

6. Liaise with management and healthcare providers when specialized medical care is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) will be a strong advantage.
• Must be a licensed/approved Male Nurse under the Department of Health (DOH), UAE.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or remote site settings.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Good communication skills in English, any additional language will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
