Project Management Analyst Lead PMA

Job Summary:

Our client in Dearborn, MI is looking for a Project Management Analyst Lead PMA. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

• Provide interface between Our Client´s STA, PD, Purchasing, and supply base for production tool kickoff. Conduct meetings with the supply base.
• Populate, regularly update, and manage the program tracking documents & lead APQP activities.
• Provide weekly assessments to management on the status of the following activities:
  • Program Milestones.
  • Tool Orders.
  • Ok-to-Design/Cast/Cut.
  • DCV and PCF/TCB Part Pedigree and delivery.
• Identify non-conforming events and develop recovery plans and/or corrective actions.
• Develop and document process for supplier support of production tooled UPV2/FDJ/DCV/FEC on future programs.
• Team leadership and collaboration: Direct cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timing plans

Basics:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 or more years in Our Client´s systems experience.
• Must be experienced in managing project management software deployment, supporting program and project manager and program analysts, to ensure that the work is delivered effectively.
• Able to help resolve any problems or issues that may arise.
• Ability to integrate, consolidate, and manage multiple projects and integrate multiple model year plans for major program teams, as applicable.
• Must have the ability and authority to provide guidance to PMA supplier staff and ability to interface with Our Client´s upper level management.
• Works with minimal supervision and able to function effectively in a matrix organization.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience as a PMA.
• PPAP processes.
• Microsoft Office.
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
