Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management and Compliance Manager to lead our project portfolios and ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all initiatives. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality standards while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet; facilitate project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Oversee program development activities by applying methodologies like PMBOK, SAFe, and Lean Six Sigma to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and risk management assessments to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and scope management to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels; negotiate project scope changes; communicate progress through detailed reports and presentations.
• Supervise project teams by providing leadership in change management initiatives; foster collaboration using tools like Confluence or SharePoint for documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; develop policies for quality management and process mapping aligned with business process modeling principles.
• Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques; control costs through effective budgeting and cost control measures.
• Coordinate vendor management activities; oversee IT infrastructure projects involving systems such as ERP or CRM platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, and lean initiatives such as Kanban or Waterfall methodologies.

Skills

• Extensive experience in project management lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across diverse industries.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or Basecamp.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and Kanban frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in program development, requirements gathering & analysis, process mapping & business process modeling.
• Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience in team management; adept at conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Advanced data analysis skills for data collection and performance measurement; experience with SAS or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Skilled in risk management techniques including root cause analysis; capable of implementing risk mitigation strategies effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement; technical writing for documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with PPM tools such as VersionOne or Project Server; experience managing IT infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively using tools like Visio or SharePoint; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
