We are seeking a
Project Management
Associate with a strong background in translation
to support the implementation of a translation training program. This role will play a key part in
screening and filtering applicants
, ensuring that candidates accepted into the program meet the required standards and eligibility criteria.
The Associate will work closely with
subject matter experts (SMEs)
across different translation tracks to guide the filtration process and ensure that applicant evaluations are conducted consistently and professionally. In addition to supporting the selection process, the role will contribute to the
overall coordination of the program
, including training logistics, deliverable development, and communication with different stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have
a translation background, experience interacting with clients or managing projects, and active engagement within the translation industry

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Translation, Linguistics, Arabic, English, or a related field
.
Strong
Arabic-English language proficiency
(written and spoken).
Experience in
translation, translation review, or language services
.
Experience in
client management, project coordination, or program support
is highly desirable.
Experience interacting with
subject matter experts or coordinating technical teams
is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
, particularly when reviewing applicant information and documentation.
Active involvement in the
translation industry ecosystem
(events, associations, or professional networks) is highly preferred.
Ability to

Key Responsibilities
Applicant Filtration & Screening
Review and assess program applications to determine candidate eligibility and alignment with program requirements.
Implement of applicant filtration criteria and evaluation processes.
Prepare structured summaries and recommendations for applicant selection.
SME Coordination
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across translation tracks to guide and support the evaluation of applicants.
Ensure that the filtration process is consistent, fair, and aligned with program objectives.
Program Coordination
Support the planning and coordination of training activities, schedules, and program milestones.
Track progress across program components and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Client Communication
Participate in meetings with the client to provide updates on program progress and applicant screening outcomes.
Prepare relevant documentation, reports, and presentations when required.
Deliverables Development
Support the development of program deliverables, including evaluation reports, program documentation, and coordination materials.
