Project Management Consultant

1. Must have experience with end to end construction projects - apartments and villas

2. Must have hands on experience in MS project. Or equivalent project management tools

3. Must have construction site experience

4. Must have knowledge in vendor negotiations.

5. Must have knowledge in quantity survey, BoQs, cost and schedule Estimations , project tracking, communication with different stake holders, Weekly Progress Reports etc.

6. Must have Construction Quality Check (QC) process. And, should be able to prepare the templates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
