Project Management Consultant

Lead and manage strategic projects within the Business Development & Account Management function.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, client needs, products, and service expectations.
Coordinate with Planning & Design teams and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across functions.
Drive project planning, implementation, and delivery while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements are met.
Support business pipeline initiatives and client-related projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all activities are audit-ready and compliant with internal procedures and operational standards.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular project updates and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, business development support, or account management environments.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional corporate environments.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and operational quality standards.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
