Project Management Consultant

  • Lead and manage strategic projects within the Business Development & Account Management function.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, client needs, products, and service expectations.
  • Coordinate with Planning & Design teams and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across functions.
  • Drive project planning, implementation, and delivery while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements are met.
  • Support business pipeline initiatives and client-related projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all activities are audit-ready and compliant with internal procedures and operational standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular project updates and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, business development support, or account management environments.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and operational quality standards.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
