BEST Transformer, founded in 1966 in Balıkesir, produces oil immersed distribution transformers, power transformers, cast resin transformers, reactors and mechanical components in its newly-built and modernized -design, production and testing departments.

We search for “Project Management Engineer” to enrich our growing team.

University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Having min. 3 years experience at Project management or sales department in a relevant field

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

An advanced level of a second foreign language — Arabic — is required.

Job Description:
Project Planning and Initiation
-
Order Planning: Plan received orders with the responsible departments as projects to ensure their production and delivery in accordance with contract and specification conditions.

Project Review and Resource Planning: At the start of the project, define the budget, project phases, and all necessary resources (human, material, time, equipment).

Informing Relevant Departments: Communicate project-related details to the technical and commercial departments and distribute responsibilities.

ERP/MRP Data Entry: Enter technical and commercial data into ERP/MRP systems to initiate digital tracking of the project.
Technical Approval Process

Design and Approval: Coordinate internally to complete the design work in accordance with the technical specification and obtain the customer's approval.
Internal and External Communication – Coordination
-
Customer Interaction: Resolve customer requests and complaints by coordinating with the departments involved in fulfilling the order.

Internal Coordination: Ensure coordination and communication among the internal departments responsible for executing the order.

Reporting: Report to senior management as needed.
Project Monitoring and Compliance Control

Contract and Plan Compliance: Monitor the project's compliance with the agreed contract terms and project plan.

Change Reporting: Report any project changes to senior management and other affected departments.
Financial and Commercial Tracking

Profitability Management: Ensure the project is completed within the targeted profit and quality levels.

Cost Management:

Manage changes in project scope in favor of the company,

Analyze pre-order and post-production costs,
-
Track receivables within the project scope,
-
Conduct profit-loss analysis,
-
Monitor overall project costs.
