Job Summary:

Architect & Site Engineer
to lead project planning, design coordination and review, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:

coordinate with the design and Technical team, from concept through detailed drawings.

Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Coordinate with client, design team, and other stakeholders for design input and approvals.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination, and reporting.
Site Engineering:

Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control.

Monitor site progress and coordinate between office and field teams.

Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols at site.
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and site supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree or equivalent professional license preferred).

Strong design and technical documentation skills.

Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction methods.

Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
