Project Management Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Architect & Site Engineer to lead project planning, design coordination and review, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• coordinate with the design and Technical team, from concept through detailed drawings.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with client, design team, and other stakeholders for design input and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination, and reporting.
  
  

Site Engineering:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate between office and field teams.
• Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols at site.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and site supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree or equivalent professional license preferred).
• Strong design and technical documentation skills.
• Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
