Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and project delivery.
• Define strategic project goals, scope, and key deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and progress metrics.
• Ensure project closure, documentation, and handoff are complete.

Skill & Experience

• Proficiency in tools like Asana, MS Project, or Jira.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Strategic planning, risk management, and analytical thinking skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
