About the Role
EditVista LTD is hiring a Project Management Intern to support our internal project coordination, task tracking, team follow ups, and delivery management.
This role is suitable for someone who is organised, responsible, detail oriented, and interested in learning how agency projects are planned, managed, reviewed, and delivered.
The selected candidate will work closely with the project management team and help maintain smooth communication between internal teams working on websites, CRM systems, automations, content, design, and marketing related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, assigning, and tracking tasks across internal teams.
- Follow up with team members to ensure work is moving according to agreed timelines.
- Update project boards, task statuses, deadlines, and internal notes.
- Help organise project requirements, client instructions, files, links, and feedback.
- Support the project management team in preparing daily and weekly progress updates.
- Monitor pending tasks, delayed items, revisions, and handover points.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, CRM specialists, automation teams, content teams, and video editors where required.
- Help check completed work against given instructions before it moves to the next stage.
- Maintain clear internal records for project progress, revisions, and team communication.
- Support project documentation, SOPs, checklists, and handover notes.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: O Levels or Intermediate.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and task management tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain clear records.
- Good communication skills for internal team coordination.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable with follow ups.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track.
- Must be available for in person work at our office in Federal B Area, Block 5, Karachi.
- Must be available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of project management, digital services, websites, CRM, automation, design, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience using ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar tools is helpful.
- Ability to identify delays, missing information, and unclear instructions.
- Interest in growing into a full time project management or operations role.
Compensation
- This is a paid internship for 4 months.
- Permanent job opportunity may be offered based on performance.
- Market competitive salary will be offered for selected permanent candidates.
