Position Description

Job Title: Project Management Intern

Reporting Into: Project Coordinator.

Direct Reports: N/A

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: Internship


Job Objective

The Project Management Intern will support the project delivery team in planning, coordination, and administrative activities across Arena projects. The role provides hands-on exposure to project management processes within a fast-paced environment, assisting in project tracking, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and supporting successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities.

Project Coordination Support

• Assist Project Managers with daily coordination of project activities.

• Support preparation and tracking of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.

• Help coordinate with internal departments including Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Maintain organized project files and document control systems.

• Support tracking of project actions, approvals, and deliverables.

Progress Monitoring

• Assist in monitoring project progress and updating internal tracking sheets.

• Support preparation of weekly and monthly project updates.

• Help identify delays or issues affecting project timelines.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide general administrative support to the project management team.

• Assist with coordination of site visits, meetings, and project briefings.

• Support data entry and project record management.


Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Interest in project management, construction, events, or infrastructure projects.

• Previous internship or academic project experience is an advantage.


Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Proactive and professional attitude.
