Project Management Office

1- Role Purpose:

▪The role holder is responsible for assisting and coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, providing specialized expertise in project management and engineering as applicable, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, identifying risks and issues, and contributing to project meetings and discussions. ensuring project efficiency, adherence to project management best practices, and the timely delivery of projects.

2-Key Activities:

▪ Work on coordinate the update and align meetings with each supervisory committee member on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as requested.

▪ Responsible for develop and present overall OSP progress to the executive level and other external stakeholders.

▪ Handle the collection of the escalation and present it in the engagements and opportunities progress report.

▪ Handle create the issue and risk log and automate the process to address it.

▪ Perform any other relevant duties determined by the line manager and Oil Sustainability Program’s Top Management.

3- Education:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.

▪ MBA, master's degree in science is highly preferred.

▪ Certified PgPM , PfPM , PMP would be desirable.

4- Experience:

▪ A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in project management functions.
