As part of our ongoing Transformation Program, we are strengthening our corporate project governance capabilities by adding a senior-level Project Management Officer (PMO) to our Human Resources organization.
About the Role
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will coordinate and oversee strategic, operational and transformation projects across the company, reporting directly to the CHRO. Although positioned within the HR function, this role will ensure project governance, discipline and methodological alignment across all departments and regions.
This is a senior position requiring advanced project management expertise, structured thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage company-wide projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts, WBS structures and detailed action plans
• Track KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies and overall project progress
• Establish and enforce PMO governance standards, processes and project management methodologies
• Prepare executive dashboards, analytical reports and strategic insights for the CHRO, CEO and Executive Committee
• Coordinate project activities with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HSE, IT, HR and regional teams (Türkiye, MEA, CIS)
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, alignment sessions, project reviews and follow-up cycles
• Ensure high-quality PMO documentation, including RACI matrices, risk logs, change requests, issue registers and meeting minutes
• Support digital transformation initiatives, system rollouts (IFS, Oracle, Jira) and process optimization projects
• Identify project bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities; propose actionable mitigation strategies
• Strengthen organizational project discipline and enhance project visibility across all business units
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MIS or a related discipline
• 8–10 years of professional experience in PMO, project management, business transformation or operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies; PMP certification is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
• Advanced analytical capabilities; strong command of Excel, Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination and influencing abilities
• Structured, disciplined, detail-oriented and deadline-driven work approach
• Experience within engineering, logistics, operations or ERP-driven environments (IFS/SAP) is a strong asset
