Project Management Officer (PMO) – HRMS/HCM Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Drive successful HRMS/HCM rollouts from initiation to post-go-live optimization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct requirement workshops, business analysis, and solution design.
• Deliver impactful product demos and client presentations. Coordinate UAT, go-live, and training sessions for client teams.
• Maintain project governance through documentation, reporting, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in PMO, software implementation, or project management.
• Proven HRMS/HCM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS modules. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arab nationality, fluent in English and Arabic.
