Job purpose
The role holder is responsible for managing all localization activities, ensuring alignment with various internal and external stakeholders. The role holder shall carry out the duties in accordance with the business policies and procedures.
Core Responsibility Areas

End and main Goal of this job holder is the consecution of all SAAMS’ IPP contracts direct or indirect with GAMI materializing in the credits collections.

Ensure that LCGPA and GAMI requirements are integrated into framework agreements facilitated by the unified procurement center.

Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for localization agreements.

Support the identification and definition of strategic categories, establishing controls, standards, and pillars for localization.

Participate actively in internal meetings and meetings with various internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and develop localization program documentations, directives, procedures…etc.

Prepare and delivery of localization Reports.

Control contractual deliverables and manage contractual evidences collection.

Prepare and report KPIs according to program needs.

Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required by the program.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably Aerospace and Aeronautical, also
Mechanical, Industrial Engineering and Aviation Management can be considered.

1-3 Years of relative experience.

Experience in localization and offset projects is a plus.

Any project or program management qualification is a plus.
