Job Summary:
The Project Management Trainee supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure alignment with defined timelines, scope, and business objectives. The role focuses on assisting project coordination, tracking progress, and gaining practical experience in project management practices within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing project plans including timelines, tasks, and resource requirements • Support coordination between internal teams to ensure smooth project execution • Track project progress and update status reports regularly • Assist in identifying risks and escalating issues when required • Support in organizing project meetings and documenting action items • Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record keeping • Assist in monitoring project deliverables and deadlines • Coordinate with different departments to follow up on tasks and deliverables • Use project management tools to update tasks and monitor workflows • Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes • Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in project management or a related field • Basic understanding of project management concepts • Strong organizational and time management skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Eagerness to learn and develop within a project management environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project • Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail
