The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and project alignment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to maintain strong relationships.

Oversee and manage the overall execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Responsible for the division's manpower resource planning and assists the HR division in the recruitment and selection process.

Sets goals and objectives for division and subordinates, delegates duties and responsibilities and tracks progress towards successful achievement.

Conducts a fair performance review for subordinates and provides constructive feedback.

Oversees the training and development needed for division's effective operations and subordinates' career development.

Promotes a positive team spirit by motivating subordinates to reach their full potential.
Qualifications

8 Years Minimum years of experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Construction Management, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
