The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee and manage the overall execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Responsible for the division's manpower resource planning and assists the HR division in the recruitment and selection process.
• Sets goals and objectives for division and subordinates, delegates duties and responsibilities and tracks progress towards successful achievement.
• Conducts a fair performance review for subordinates and provides constructive feedback.
• Oversees the training and development needed for division's effective operations and subordinates' career development.
• Promotes a positive team spirit by motivating subordinates to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• 8 Years Minimum years of experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
