Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Program Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and the ability to manage a project team. This role requires close collaboration with project leads and the leadership team.

Duties:
- Coordinate and management of construction projects.
- Lead project team members to develop and maintain key metrics.
- Management of projects within budget and schedule .
- Develop scope for bid documents.
- Anticipate issues and provide pathway to resolution.
- Coordinate with project stakeholder for timely deliverables.
- Lead in planning, design and construction phases.
- Develop budget, schedule and project goals.
- Prepare summarized reports for executive management.
Requirements:
- 15 or more years, airport experience preferred
- IT and Low Voltage mgmt experience preferred
- Experienced in project value greater than $50m
- Experience in managing project control staff
- Highly organized
- Experience in various contract procurement methods, hard bid, Design-Build, CMAR
- Self motivated person for timely deliverables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors in construction or related field.
