'Project Manager'

We are seeking a contract-savvy, results-oriented Business Account Manager / Project Manager to manage high-value B2B partnerships and oversee the execution of commercial projects across content licensing, metadata syndication, and product integrations .

This role sits at the crossroads of business operations, partner management, and product delivery . You will own the journey from contract signature through to seamless rollout—protecting internal processes while ensuring world-class partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic B2B partner accounts (content licensors, data/product partners, syndication clients).
  • Translate commercial contracts into actionable project plans, aligning cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Tech, Data, Marketing).
  • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and SLAs, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Uphold and defend internal processes and standards, balancing diplomacy with firm execution.
  • Deliver structured status updates, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for renewals, upselling, and co-development to expand partner value and platform reach.


Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years’ experience in B2B account management, content operations, product/project management, or licensing within digital media or technology.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English, with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Highly autonomous, organised, and confident in decision-making with minimal supervision.
  • Data-literate: comfortable working with performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, Google Analytics, SQL basics).
  • Track record of maintaining ≥90% partner-satisfaction while enforcing internal processes.


Experience & Education

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Post-graduate qualification (MBA, MSc in Digital Media/Project Management) is a plus.


Professional Experience

  • 4+ years leading content-licensing or product-integration projects in media, streaming, or SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of contract negotiation, redlining, and operationalisation (API-driven feeds, metadata delivery).
  • Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional squads using Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong background in balancing partner expectations, preventing scope creep, and driving timely delivery.


Technical & Process Skills

  • Contract lifecycle management: drafting, redlining, renewals (WorldCC/IACCM principles).
  • Project & product tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Confluence.
  • Content & data workflows: CMS/DAM, REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON/XML feeds, product backlogs.
  • Analytics & reporting: Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
