Project Manager

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale industrial construction projects valued at a minimum of AED 60 million. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, cost control, quality, safety, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, safety, and quality parameters.
• Review and approve project schedules, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships effectively.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed reports.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, ADNOC/Municipality regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Review contract terms, variations, and claims to safeguard company interests.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in civil/industrial construction, with proven track record of managing projects worth AED 60 million or more.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• In-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
