Project Manager

Purpose of the Job:

The Project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to successful completion. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the expectations of all stakeholders. This includes defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables; developing comprehensive project plans; allocating resources; and managing timelines. The Project Manager serves as the key point of contact, facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and driving accountability. Upon project completion, they assess performance and outcomes to extract lessons learned and improve future project execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
• Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the agreed upon products.
• Agrees with the Tech Lead about the processes, delivery scope, change requests, and the applied

qualifications.

• Provide detailed professional planning for projects activities, with a budget and resource allocation.
• Monitor & control projects schedules, budget, and risks.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and team members to identify project risks, team needs, and process gaps.
• Coordinate and assign tasks with the support of the management team to team members to fulfill plans and meet deadlines.
• Provide reports for planned effort per project, and per resource, taking into account resources vacations, holidays, or training.
• Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the agreed scope.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering /Computer Engineering /Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education/experience is required.

Experience:

5+ years of software/automotive projects management experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of all project management knowledge areas.
• Previous experience in multi-domains project management.
• Proved proficiency in using ticketing systems like Jira.
• Excellent reporting capabilities to capture project status and report to executive team.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent English language (spoken and written) is required.
• Electric vehicles subsystems knowledge is a plus.
• Previous people management experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of ASPICE3.1 and ISO26262 is a plus.
