Job Title: Project Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA- hybrid schedule
Duration: 3+ month contract with potential to extend- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $30.00-$33.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects by defining critical path activities, creating detailed project plans, and managing internal and external resources to meet deliverables on schedule.

• Communicate program updates to executive committees through dashboards, status reports, and other reporting tools.

• Define and oversee resource responsibilities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with governance policies.

• Manage program financials, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

• Effectively communicate technical components of initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

• Identify potential risks and roadblocks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in managing end to end system implementation involving multiple cloud software services.
• PMP certification or Six Sigma certification ideal with deep understanding and experience in project management.
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Strong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management.
• Sound analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
• Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
