Project Manager

A leading real estate development company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated Emirati professional to join the team as a Project Delivery Manager . This role is central to driving the successful execution of landmark projects, ensuring alignment with development strategies, regulatory requirements, and world-class delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and execution plans in line with overall development strategies.

• Ensure all required building permits are obtained at each project stage.

• Provide input during design for constructability and lead value engineering workshops.

• Coordinate with Commercial & Contracts and Project Control functions for tenders, contractor selection, and variations.

• Manage mobilization and handover activities during the execution stage, ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Oversee contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives and performance standards.

• Monitor and control project variations, risks, and issues, escalating when required.

• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover processes, ensuring all facilities are operational and certified.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and QHSE standards.

• Prepare reports on cost, progress, quality, safety, and contractor performance for stakeholders.

• Support business development with technical input during land studies.

• Lead, monitor, and develop subordinate staff to achieve project excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Emirati with family book

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in project delivery within real estate or large-scale development.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permits.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in project delivery.
