Project Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Project Manager.

Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end delivery of EPC projects.

Collaborate with the client and consultants to define project scope, ensure alignment with contractual requirements, and achieve project goals.
Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
Monitor site progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Prepare and present project status reports, including milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, to stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure long-term success.

Project / Practice Management

Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large-scale EPC projects.
Review high-level deliverables and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure successful execution as measured by cost, time, and client satisfaction.
Minimize risk and manage scope across the project lifecycle.
Ensure safety standards and environmental regulations are met throughout construction.

Technical & EPC Expertise

Lead the coordination of complex civil construction works, ensuring constructability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and finishing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and technical alignment with project specifications.

Project Accounting

Ensure accurate cost tracking, revenue recognition, and invoicing for the project.
Monitor financial performance against budget, analyze profitability, and address billing or variation issues.
Work with finance teams to control cash flow and maximize project profitability.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for construction methodology optimization and apply best practices to improve efficiency.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future projects.
