Project Manager – Industrial Warehouse & Logistics Hub

📍 Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Full-time

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the fast-track delivery of an industrial warehouse & logistics hub project. The role involves overseeing reinforced concrete foundations, steel structure erection, and geotechnical works at a port-adjacent site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases.
• Manage contracts, variation orders, and cost controls under FIDIC .
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–12 years’ experience in industrial projects (warehouses, logistics hubs, steel & concrete).
• Strong background in geotechnical works .
• Proficient in Primavera/MS Project .
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
