Project Manager

Araamis is looking for a Project Manager to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will manage projects across public and private sector clients, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives across multiple departments or clients
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables using structured methodologies (Agile, PMP, Hybrid)
• Ensure smooth coordination across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Drive communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and ensure project alignment with strategic goals
• Identify blockers early and proactively recommend mitigation plans
• Champion process improvement, documentation, and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on project management experience

• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)

• PMP certification is a must

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Experience working in consulting, digital transformation, or government projects is a must
