Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and manage our interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with specific expertise in interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients, including progress reports, financial status, and any issues or delays.
• Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the interior fit-out sector, at least 5 of them to be in restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering interior fit-out projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
