Project Manager (Construction – G+Unlimited Capability)

Role: Lead the construction and delivery of G+Unlimited projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion.

• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Tarkhees for approvals and compliance.

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

• Supervise engineers, quantity surveyors, and document controllers.

Requirements:

• Minimum G+Unlimited Dubai Municipality certification.

• 2–3 years of UAE real estate development/construction experience.

• Proven experience with DLD, RERA, and Tarkhees registration requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
