Mirwad Fragrances is looking for a talented and experienced candidates to Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include planning project scope, creating budgets and schedules, managing resources and risks, monitoring progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Successful project managers possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans including tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including teams, workers, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that could impact the project's success.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress from start to finish, conducting regular team meetings to address challenges and ensure deliverables are met.
- Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, providing updates, ensuring transparency, and managing expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout the project development process to maintain high standards and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure clients and other stakeholders are informed and satisfied with project progress and results.

Typical Qualifications

- Minimum 03 years of experience in a relevant industry with increasing responsibility.
- Professional certifications, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, are highly valued.
