Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with formal experience leading cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery. This role is the connective tissue across strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped clearly, schedules are realistic, milestones are achieved, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders are aligned.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, this person will manage projects including CRM deployments, booking platform rollouts, R&M ticketing systems, membership programs, and new market entry initiatives. The Project Manager will play a critical role in helping us move quickly while maintaining discipline, accountability, and visibility.

We’re at an exciting stage – building scalable systems, rolling out new technologies, and supporting franchisees with programs that drive revenue, retention, and differentiation. To keep momentum strong, we’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and execution!


Primary Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Architect and maintain robust, dynamic project plans in Asana, mapping out timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Proactively track progress, anticipate roadblocks, and drive timely execution across all phases.

Governance & Executive Reporting
  • Develop comprehensive project briefs, charters, and executive-level status reports. Ensure senior leadership has clear, actionable visibility into project health, risks, and resource requirements—enabling informed decision-making at every stage.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
  • Champion collaboration and alignment across marketing, operations, technology, finance, and franchise support teams. Lead high-impact project meetings, foster accountability, and ensure seamless follow-through on critical actions.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Own the risk and issue management process – maintaining detailed logs, proactively identifying potential challenges, and driving swift resolution. Escalate strategically and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track and deliver results.

Change Management & Strategic Communication
  • Design and execute targeted communication plans, ensuring the right messages reach executives, internal teams, and franchisees at the right time. Serve as a change agent, driving engagement and clarity throughout the organization.

Operational Excellence & OKR Integration
  • Integrate project initiatives with company-wide OKR frameworks, ensuring every effort is aligned to strategic objectives. Drive accountability and performance through disciplined bi-weekly project check-ins and transparent progress tracking.


Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • 4–6 years of formal project management experience (franchise, retail, consumer, or multi-unit service industries a plus).
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Strong expertise in project management tools (Asana preferred, but Jira, Smartsheet, or M365 acceptable).
  • Skilled in drafting and managing project charters, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication – able to simplify complexity and deliver concise, actionable updates.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • Bonus points for PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or change management experience.


Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate on experience. This role is bonus-eligible and is based on company and individual performance; all bonuses are subject to board and CEO approval.
