Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and report updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Obtain necessary approvals and NOCs from Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
• Oversee site teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in UAE interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes.
• Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or retail fit-out projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
