Project Manager

Urgent: we are a Dubai-based engineering contracting company searching for a well-experienced Project Manager who can join immediately.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure development: CHW networks, pumping stations, shoring systems, deep and shallow utilties, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience as a Project Manager is required
• Valid driving license is required for site mobility and coordination

Responsibilities

• To oversee and manage the execution of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on underground utilities and authority liaisoning
• Good understanding of local authority procedures
• Manage traffic diversions, road closures, dewatering activities, engineering plans, designs, contracts, NOCs, and technical documentation for projects.
• Lead the procurement process and material submissions for piping systems, fittings, valves, and civil/MEP components.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Supervise site execution teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and QA/QC standards.
• Track and manage project costs, scope, and change orders to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
• Assess and manage project risks by identifying and evaluating potential issues before project initiation.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor specialists, and provide guidance to field personnel.
