Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of interior design and modular furniture projects. You will coordinate between clients, designers, franchise partners, and the production team to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a mix of operational oversight, client relationship management, and technical understanding of modular furniture design
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Manage projects from site measurement to final installation.
- Create detailed project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and production schedules.
- Team Coordination
- Collaborate with Mayah’s back-end design team to review production drawings.
- Work closely with franchise partners, builders, and interior designers for smooth execution.
- Supervise site work, ensuring alignment between design intent and on-ground implementation.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address queries promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with designers, builders, and showroom partners.
- Quality & Compliance
- Conduct quality checks on modular furniture production and installation.
- Ensure compliance with Mayah’s standards of craftsmanship and material quality.
- Resolve on-site challenges with proactive problem-solving.
- Process & Reporting
- Track project budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare project reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and improvements.
- Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in project management within interiors, modular furniture, or construction.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of modular furniture systems and interior fit-outs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Other: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
