*Job Summary:*

*Mult iplus Decoration Design & Fitout LLC* is seeking a highly organized and experienced *Project Manager* to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in interior fit-out, excellent knowledge of project lifecycle management, and a track record of delivering high-quality commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects in the UAE.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects from design approval to final handover.

Review project drawings, BOQ, and specifications, and ensure work execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.

Prepare detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate site activities, including supervision of site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and laborers.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations.

Manage procurement schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials, fixtures, and equipment to site.

Oversee documentation, including permits, inspection reports, variation orders, and project closeout documents.

Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and internal company policies.

Key Requirements

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in interior fit-out, preferably in the UAE.

Proven track record of managing retail, commercial, office, or hospitality fit-out projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project .

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and procedures (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defense, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
