Project Manager

Astha Interiors and Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and dedicated project manager to lead and oversee interior design and architectural projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure smooth progress.
• Manage all client communication and expectations.
• Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Address challenges like design changes or material delays with quick and efficient solutions.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, ensure quality, and resolve on-the-ground issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within interior design and architecture.
• Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of design principles, construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
