Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Structural Engineering to oversee and manage complex industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-12 years of experience in project management within the industrial sector.
• Education: B.Tech/ B.E in civil engineering or a relevant degree.
• Experience in Industrial sector is must.
• Candidates from Gujrat preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
