This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Project Manager located in Riyadh. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, executive oversight, and successful delivery of large-scale, high-profile real estate development projects. This role requires managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through design, construction, and final handover. The Senior Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal experts, ensuring all project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities also include expediting critical milestones to maintain aggressive timelines, implementing and managing comprehensive inspection processes for quality assurance, and overseeing complex logistics and supply chain operations for materials and equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring projects align with the company's long-term investment goals and contribute to the vibrant real estate landscape of Riyadh.

• 10+ years of proven experience in real estate project management or a related field in Saudi Arabia.
• Expertise in Project Management , with a deep understanding of the full real estate development lifecycle.
• Advanced Expeditor skills and a strong track record of preventing and resolving project delays.
• Extensive experience with Inspection processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management for large-scale construction and development projects.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Superior problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications like PMP are highly desirable.
