About the Role
We are looking for a
Project Manager with a strong technical understanding
who has
successfully managed 10–12 billable resources
across
3–4 concurrent projects
. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in
project planning, timeline and feature estimation, proposal creation, and specification documentation
, while ensuring seamless delivery for
US and European clients
.
Key Responsibilities

Lead
3–4 projects simultaneously
with a combined team of
10–12 billable resources
.

Own
end-to-end delivery
: planning, execution, quality, and client reporting.

Participate in
requirement analysis, feature breakdown, effort estimation, and timeline planning
.

Create and review
project proposals, statements of work (SOW), and technical specifications
in collaboration with business and engineering teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure timely outcomes.

Act as the
primary client contact
, manage escalations, and ensure proactive communication.

Drive
risk management
, milestone tracking, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight for all assigned teams and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
6–8 years
of experience in project management within an IT services environment.

Proven ability to
manage 10–12 resources across multiple projects
.

Strong experience in
proposal/SOW creation, feature estimation, and technical spec documentation
.

Hands-on understanding of
SDLC, Agile/Scrum
, and modern delivery practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client escalation handling.

Prior experience with
US and European clients
and global delivery models.

Technical background (development, architecture, or solutioning) is preferred.

Familiarity with project management tools such as
Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello
.
