Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in governmental environments and must hold a valid PMP certification. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with governmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage government sector projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable government regulations and policies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster collaboration between departments and external partners.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the government sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
