Project Manager

A project manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and design coordination to on-site management and final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating technical and logistical elements with the main construction team, overseeing safety and quality, and managing project documentation.


Key responsibilities


Project planning and management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.


Technical and design coordination:

  • Work with design teams, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless design integration.
  • Coordinate the procurement of facade materials and the logistics of their delivery with the main construction schedule.
  • Manage the facade design process from proposal to construction.


On-site supervision:

  • Supervise and manage all facade construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure all safety procedures (SOPs) are followed and conduct site safety reviews.


Quality assurance:

  • Ensure all work meets the required quality standards by conducting and documenting quality checks, often using BIM tools.
  • Manage snagging and testing processes to ensure timely completion and sign-off.


Stakeholder and subcontractor management:

  • Manage communication with internal resources, clients, and third-party suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Review subcontractor progress reports and programs to track performance and identify potential delays.


Documentation and handover:

  • Ensure all project documentation, including the Safety File and O&M manual, is compiled and handed over to the client in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.



Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally with a focus on facades.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural principles, and engineering.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as BIM, is often required
