Alego Fire Systems is looking for a Project Manager – Firefighting & Fire Alarm Systems to join our growing team.
If you have 4+ years of experience in managing multiple projects from estimation to execution and a proven track record in Firefighting & Fire Alarm Systems, we’d love to meet you!
- A project manager's main job is to plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget by coordinating resources, managing the project team, and communicating with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, developing detailed plans and schedules, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and identifying and mitigating risks. Core responsibilities
- Planning and scoping: Define project goals, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Team and resource management: Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and coordinate with internal and external resources, such as third-party vendors and suppliers.
- Budget and schedule management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure all project activities stay on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Risk and change management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
- Communication and reporting: Serve as the main point of contact, communicate project status, and report on progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Quality control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed successfully.
