Project Manager

Our bank is committed to driving successful digitalization and process transformation by effectively managing and replicating critical IT and business unit projects. We are seeking an Project Manager who will play a key role in ensuring high-quality execution, seamless implementation, and accurate delivery.

This role will report directly to the Head of Change Management and Project Governance, working closely with senior management to support the bank’s strategic digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT and business unit projects, including business planning and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, business plans, and forecasts to senior management.
• Organize and coordinate relevant management committees, including IT Strategy and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions.
• Plan and allocate project resources, monitor utilization, and ensure efficiency.
• Define, track, and report on key project performance metrics.
• Oversee IT teams’ work plans, supporting prioritization and planning processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and take necessary actions to accelerate project delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and deviations, and escalate them to senior management in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s project management methodology and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid, etc.); certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively use project planning and tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Experience in resource planning, KPI setting, and senior management reporting.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability and discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required.
