Project Managers play a lead role within ITB organization, he is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of a project and achieving project’s goals on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans as per PMI standards.

Ensure project deliverables on-time, within scope and within budget.

Manage relationships with the customers and all project stakeholders.
-
Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
-
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
-
Manage all changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
-
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-
Reviewing project SOW with Presales during handover process.
-
Getting customer official approvals on SOW, schedule, and invoicing plan before start issuing POs to Vendors, Destis and Subcontractors.
-
Perform other duties assigned by direct manager.

Coordinate with Delivery dept. to secure required inhouse/ third parties Professional Services.

Coordinate with HR dept. to secure required project resources during project lifecycle.
-
Coordinate with Finance dept. to create cash flow and financing plan for each project.
-
Escalate to upper management if needed as per escalation matrix.
-
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills when needed.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Reporting regularly to senior management.

Education:
