Project Manager

Project Managers play a lead role within ITB organization, he is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of a project and achieving project’s goals on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans as per PMI standards.
• Ensure project deliverables on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage relationships with the customers and all project stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Manage all changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Reviewing project SOW with Presales during handover process.
• Getting customer official approvals on SOW, schedule, and invoicing plan before start issuing POs  to Vendors, Destis and Subcontractors.
• Perform other duties assigned by direct manager.
• Coordinate with Delivery dept. to secure required inhouse/ third parties Professional Services.
• Coordinate with HR dept. to secure required project resources during project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Finance dept. to create cash flow and financing plan for each project.
• Escalate to upper management if needed as per escalation matrix.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills when needed.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Reporting regularly to senior management.
• Excellence with ERP & other systems.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
