White Tusker LLP is seeking a highly experienced and decisive Project Manager to lead our architectural projects from conception through completion. We are a fast-paced firm committed to delivering exceptional design and construction quality. We need a hands-on leader who can coordinate complex project schedules, budgets, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, and manage communication flow between all stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control, risk management, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated professional experience in Project Management.
• Essential: Significant, proven experience managing projects within the Architecture industry is non-negotiable.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural processes, construction methods, and building systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and architectural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹520,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
