Position: Project Manager – Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 10 Years
Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month

Job Description:
We are hiring a highly experienced Project Manager to lead real estate construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all phases of building projects and on-site execution
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Manage budgets, schedules, and material procurement
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project / Excel and construction planning tools

Preference: Candidates with experience in residential or commercial building projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
