Job Title: Senior Project Manager – MEP (Immediate Joiner)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years of hands-on experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex construction projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and budgetary targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of MEP projects from planning to handover.
• Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools.
• Deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with DEWA, ADDC, DM, and other local authority standards.
