Job Description :-
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, and execute the project phases to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in project management within the residential construction sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidates with B.Tech/B.E. in Civil preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
